FWW is spearheaded by “the best of the best” in medicine and management. Founder and Chairwoman Lila Nachtigall, MD, is a gynecologist, reproductive endocrinologist and professor of obstetrics and gynecology at New York University School of Medicine and is internationally recognized for her work in women’s health and hormones, with frequent appearances in national media. Medical Advisory Board Chair Rob Flaumenhaft, MD, PhD, is a hematologist and award-winning physician-researcher at Harvard Medical School. Executive Director Sharon Helfant Cravitz has over 15 years experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors of healthcare.
